Jennifer Chesworth -- Sombra Buena founder, has a background in fair trade and organic coffee, having designed courses and trained hundreds of farmers in specialty coffee quality control and organic certification, in Honduras and elsewhere in Latin America. She is based in Centre County, Pennsylvania.

Honduras: Jorge Betancourt, Sombra Buena Coffee & Fine Chocolate

Jorge Betancourt -- Sombra Buena co-founder, has decades of experience in project management and administration, as former Director of Natural Resources Division, Peace Corps Honduras; former Director of AMUPROLAGO the Association of Municipalities of Lago de Yojoa; and former administrator for the Biodiversity Fund in Honduras. Jorge is based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
